Pocket Pizza NZ ("we", "us") is a food business based at 96 Matawhanga Drive, Wattle Downs, Auckland 2103. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it, under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect and why

We only collect what we need for these purposes. We don't sell your information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Who helps us store and process it
We use these service providers. Some of them store information outside New Zealand, mainly in the United States. We use providers that keep it secure with safeguards comparable to NZ privacy law.
- Supabase (United States) stores Perks signups and orders.
- Stripe processes card payments.
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Google supplies the fonts and the map on our homepage. When your browser loads them, Google receives your IP address.
- The email and text-message services we use to send you Pocket Perks messages.
Marketing messages
We only send Pocket Perks emails and texts if you've ticked the consent box. Every message tells you it's from Pocket Pizza NZ and how to unsubscribe. To stop them at any time, use the unsubscribe link, reply STOP to a text, or email us.
How long we keep it
- Pocket Perks details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Order and payment records: 7 years, as NZ tax law requires.
Keeping it safe
Our site uses HTTPS, access to our systems is restricted, and signups can only be written by our secure server function. If a privacy breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will tell you and the Privacy Commissioner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email pocketpizzanz@gmail.com and we'll respond within 20 working days.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz or on 0800 803 909.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
